β Payment & Refunds β
β€ I only accept payment through PayPal
β€ Full payment must be paid before I start the work
β€ If I have not started the work, a full refund can be issued
β€ If work is half-finished, then half the amount can be refunded
β€ No refunds for finished work
β€ I reserve the right to cancel any commission. If I cancel, a full refund will be given regardless of my progress on the piece
β Workflow & Process β
β€ You must be 18+ to commission me
β€ To start the process, you can fill out the commission form or reach out to me via social media and I'll send you the link from there.
β€ You must provide at least 1 visual reference for me
β€ If you wish for your commission to be used for commercial purposes (i.e making a profit), you must state so at the beginning and we can work out an appropriate fee for the work.
β€ I will send WIPs per stage of the commission (i.e sketch, flat color, etc)
β€ You may request unlimited* (Within reason) changes to your commission but after the sketch, you will be allowed 3 changes or I will charge a fee per change after that point (exception for color changes in the flat color stage)
β Your Rights β
β€ You may repost the commission as long as credit is to me as the artist
β€ You can use your commission as a pfp without credit (though appreciated)
β€ You may not claim you drew the art
β€ You may ask for your commission to be private
β My Rights β
β€ I reserve the right to refuse any commission
β€ I reserve the right to use commissions for the purpose of promotion of my commissions and art (unless stated to be private)
β€ I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time (refund will be given)
